K5 Equities launched its first closed-end, private equity real estate fund in 2016, and then launched its second fund in 2020. The Principals co-invested approximately 52% and 28% of the aggregate equity invested in all Fund I and Fund II investments respectively. K5 Equities will be launching its third fund in late 2024.
